Our Company History and Vision.
Ravello IT was founded with senior members of the IT Recruitment industry in March 2005 to drive forward a new era in staffing. Our principal aim was not to change recruitment but to improve on what was already available. Ravello’s staff's cumulative experience in IT Recruitment spans 40 years and covers all technical competencies; ranging from 1st Line Support to CTOs - catering for both Contract and Permanent alike.
Our aim is to be the natural choice for all your recruitment needs, simply by making each part of the recruitment process more effective for both our clients and candidates.
The Ravello brand is associated with quality, consistency and efficiency; changing the way in which IT Recruitment is regarded. This approach has resulted in continued loyalty from both our clients and candidates. The 3 basic principals that form the cornerstone of our business are - Service, Professionalism and Delivery. These traits are consistent throughout all that we do.

We believe that the development of strong customer relationships are crucial to successful recruitment. We work closely with our clients to understand their business and their requirements and to identify how we can deliver the most appropriate service. Long term Partnerships are our long term goal.

Our People and the Culture.
Within our business we have certain core values, a company DNA which runs through every member of staff at Ravello. There is a ‘Ravello way’ of doing things, from taking a message to running a recruitment campaign and every new person who joins is inducted to this culture. These values run true both internally within our team, and externally in the way we relate to our customers.
In essence, we create a ‘win / win’ situation in everything we do. We put the needs of the business first, so if the business is supported, successful and grows, by default the individual within the business is also supported, successful and grows. The two are inextricably linked.
We retain our staff, which ensures continuity for our customers, thus ensuring strong relationships are built with a strong understanding of our clients business objectives and challenges which results in a superior service level.
Our structured method of recruiting our staff ensures that we are able to attract and employ the right staff to support our business objectives.
We will look to grow organically wherever possible, ensuring that the loyalty of our staff is rewarded. This has been recently acknowledged by IIP and Ravello gained IIP certification in early 2008.
Our Service Offerings.
The main focus for our business is delivering IT staff and solutions globally, servicing the entire spectrum of industries and technologies.
We have both Industry specific and Technology specific consultants, who are utilised depending on the needs of our clients. Future plans are to regionalise these functions across the UK and Europe. This ensures we offer sound advice to both clients and candidates.
We deliver solutions within Temporary, Contract and Permanent recruitment. Within our Permanent model we can deliver on a Contingent or Retained search.
Ravello takes a structured approach to searches, ensuring total coverage of a target market via our own extensive database, networking and other advertising mediums. This enables us to present a shortlist made up of the best candidates in the market. Our research team is an integral part of this process.
Managing the recruitment process is a key offering, as communication to all concerned parties is imperative.
Depending on the SLA with the client, we offer full referencing and screening processes to the required level.
Our back office are meticulous with strong attention to detail - getting things right first time is paramount, ensuring adherence to all contractual legislation. We are supported by various Umbrella Companies, which ensures adherence to European local legislation.
Our Accounts Department ensures prompt payments are made both on a weekly and monthly basis to our Service Providers and Temporary workers. Future plans are to fully automate our timesheet and invoicing process making life easier for all parties.
